In 2008 our Congregation started a process of structuring itself. A guide line in this process was a Draft constitution, which was introduced to the Congregation in September 2008. At the end of this process our congregation constituted itself on November 15, 2009, on the basis of this constitution as the 'Evangelical Lutheran Congregation, Arcadia'.
